Rogue & Out

These guys.
Lake wanted to wake me up to go on a hike with her and mom told her no, that she didn't want her to wake me up because I needed sleep. The sleep was nice, so Lake sent me this cute picture instead haha

Ruby has learned how to shake =)

This cutie makes my day!

Really, just seeing a little lab puppy chillen with me makes me so happy

Seal butt. She fell asleep on my lap.

More Natcha updates!

So I sent her this.

They got items for center pieces! So when I make it out there, we will go to the venue and do a test drive of all of this stuff to see how it all fits and what else we need! They got a great start!

Rogue hair... half way done. I was dressing up for the signing & commercial at Super Heroes in Training!

And ready!

More updates!

Steve Niles! I opened up the conversation by saying: "Hi I'm Leah! The film adaptation of your graphic novel scarred me for like 2 years." And he was all: "Oh my gosh, that's great! Thank you!! So nice to meet you!" Then we talked about the movie and things he would have changed, things he liked, my outfit, how his day was, and lots of other stuff! He was so mellow and personable!!

I got the 30 Days of Night: Final Nights set and had him sign it. Not bad, all 4 for $15.

Morgan and I!!! I fucking love this girl, she's amazing and I can't wait for you to meet her!

Mike, Morgan, and I!
Mike owns the shop, seriously hands down this is the greatest comic shop in the whole entire world and I love it so much!

This last one I'm SUPER excited about actually! I had been talking to Steve for awhile and he had mentioned his most recent project, I didn't know what it was so I asked. It's called Monster Madman, and idk if you remember the ending to Mary Shelley's Frankenstein when we read it in school; but remember how the Monster runs off into the ice of Antarctica stating that he is going to burn himself? Well, this comic explores what really happened to him. How the Monster couldn't bring himself to do it, and how he finds his way back to the mainland and through life. Over time he ends up back in England, and meets an interesting man named Jack. As in the murdering badass Jack the Ripper! I read it tonight, it's pretty dark, gnarly art. I like it a lot and I think I'm going to keep getting it! =)

Then out for dinner!

Met the family at Las Olas

Our series of failed group pictures as follows:

They're all listening to one of your Dad's stories haha, I don't remember what it was about, but their faces are priceless

Most perfectly made shirley temple if I've ever seen one

Glorious. The end.
